You’ve gotta take out the weeds, give yourself the correct, nourishing inputs, and operate from the understanding that flowers don’t bloom the day you plant them - you have to nurture them with consistent small efforts.
Enter: The Tending Field.
This is a 3 month container where you learn the tools of Eastern Medicine in a primarily self-led format.
You Receive:
Total of approx. 3.5 hours of 1:1 time with me over 3 longer sessions and 2 shorter consults
3 personalized acupressure protocols with videos + lessons on how to self-administer
Customized herbal medicine delivered 3x throughout the program, in tincture form
Coaching on emotional and behavioral patterns during our calls
Access to a personalized video vault with your Qi Gong exercises, at-home Eastern Medicine therapies, and Self-Healthcare How-To’s

Here’s the layout:
We start with a VERY in depth health history intake including your emotional landscape. Before your program begins I review your intake form, build your treatment plan based on what I find and diagnose, and create your custom herbal formula.
You will receive your herbs in tincture form by mail before your first session.
Your first session will be about 90 minutes long, and will include:
Your diagnosis and treatment plan.
How to self-administer acupressure in a masterful way
Your emotional landscape and coaching
Within 48 hours of your first session:
You’ll receive written and video instructions for your acupressure protocols. You’ll self administer your acupressure 3-5x per week for best results.
You’ll also receive access to a video vault of your personalized Qi Gong prescriptions, and written or video instructions for your YangSheng - Your self care adjustments to diet, movement, lifestyle, and sleep.
At the 3 week mark,
you will have a 15 min consult with me where we discuss your herbs and make any necessary changes to your herbal formula + you will receive your 2nd Personalized Acupressure Protocol (video instructions to come within 48 hours of this session; new herbal formula to be mailed out within the week).
At 6 weeks, you will have your 2nd session. It will be 45 minutes long, and includes:
A brief re-eval of health + your emotional landscape
Coaching on what we find

Within 48 hours of your second session: You’ll receive written and video instructions for your acupressure protocols.
At the 7 week mark,
we have another 15 min consult where we discuss your herbs and make any necessary changes to your herbal formula + you’ll receive your 3rd and final Personalized Acupressure Protocol (video instructions to come within 48 hours of this session; new herbal formula to be mailed out within the week)
At 12 weeks, you will have your last session with me. This session is 30 minutes long and includes:
Final evaluation of how you feel and what you experienced during the program - did you follow through with the program and implement the plan? What changed?
Final coaching and next steps for pattern reprogramming.

Personalized Acupressure
These self-led energy treatments rehabilitate and restore the bioelectric circuitry of your Qi field. They:
Warm up your whole system and create energetic malleability
Lay the groundwork for physical and emotional transformation,
Create new metabolic pathways for your body and mind — like carving fresh grooves in a record.
Custom Herbal Medicine
Internal medicine for your physical body and emotional landscape designed specifically for your system. Therapeutic food for your flesh, fluids, blood, marrow, and essence. I select premium, vetted, and high-quality herbal ingredients of the Chinese Medicine Pharmacopeia and create individualized formulas for you - I craft them in-house into tincture form and mail them out to you.
Coaching
An unveiling to reveal hidden truths that have been holding your energetic, emotional, and physical patterns in place. This type of coaching is transformational. We get to the core of your most difficult symptoms or issues and move you in the direction of real release.
Qi Gong Exercise
Sequences of gentle movements that direct your Qi flow into the balanced state your body, heart, and mind is craving. These Qi Gong forms are circuits of gestures that activate change in your organ systems and your emotions - strengthening what’s weak and clearing what’s in excess. You’ll receive specific routines that match your condition and issues.
Yang Sheng - Lifestyle Adjustments
Editing the way you care for yourself day to day. The appropriate changes to:
Nutrition - dietary support for your health concerns and your individual constitution.
Sleep hygiene - not just getting enough sleep, but getting quality sleep.
Your exercise/workout routine - shifting what’s too much or too little and getting the right type of exercise for your system.
Work/life balance - minimizing what doesn’t support your system and maximizing what does.
Stress management - methods of emotional release, grounding, and embodiment.
Self-care techniques - at-home ways you’ll support your drainage pathways, blood-sugar regulation, systemic hydration, temperature regulation, and getting aligned with the seasons.
